An ideal book for children just learning to read independently. Short chapters and illustrations help in supporting reading and Mr Dog is a hugely endearing main character. Mr Dog is keen to help animals and takes on the role of bunnysitting when a mum rabbit is caught in a trap. Will Mr Dog find a way to save the day? Ben Fogle will be familiar to many from his work on television’s Animal Park and Countryfile, his passion for the natural world really shines through in this series of books.
